A landing page for an early-stage Web3 product line. The remit: make a brand that could carry a v1 product launch without locking the studio into a system it would outgrow in a quarter.

Most early-stage brand work fails by being too rigid — every component locked, every token canonised, no room to evolve when the product premise shifts in month four. Trikon's brief inverted that: get to a credible launch surface fast, but leave handles for the next designer to grab. Designing for replaceability is a discipline, not a shortcut.
I started by deciding what NOT to do. No design system. No specimen page. No icon library. Just a triangular wordmark, two type families, four sizes, and a hero composition that did all the heavy lifting. Everything else was scoped explicitly as 'launch v1' in the file annotations.
The triangular wordmark is the only piece flagged as canonical. Everything else (palette, type pairings, hero treatment) is documented as launch-only so the next iteration starts from a known reset, not a sunk cost.
Two families, four sizes, no tokens. Resisted the temptation to spin up a full system that the product wouldn't earn back. A stripped-down kit that gets a landing live without pretending to be a permanent foundation.
Above-the-fold is one promise + one button. The rest of the page is supporting evidence. The whole landing reads as a single conversion artefact — easier to A/B, easier to throw away later.

DonaLabs needed a brand that looked rooted, not loud — DeFi told as old-money botanical. I shaped the wordmark, the photography rules, the type stack and the product surfaces, then handed engineering a tokenised library so the whole thing could ship without me.
